Exchange & Return Policy

At Naturstep, we place great importance on ensuring that you are satisfied with the shoes you purchase. We kindly ask you to handle the products with appropriate care by trying them on a clean, closed surface, ideally with carpet. By "appropriate care," we mean that the item should not be damaged, washed, altered, or excessively worn. Items that have not been handled accordingly cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You have the option to return the item within 14 days after receiving the package. After this period, returns will no longer be accepted. The refund amount will be processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not provide shipping labels, and the return shipping costs must be borne by you directly. Returns that are not registered through our customer support cannot be accepted or processed. The refund will only be issued after the returned item has been fully inspected.

Returns must be made from outside USA. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer and may vary depending on the location. Please contact our customer service for details. Depending on the chosen payment method, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 days after receiving the return. PayPal or credit card payments will be refunded directly to the respective account, while orders placed via "Buy Now, Pay Later" with Klarna will be canceled directly with Klarna. No further action is required on your part. The exact duration for the refund credit may depend on your payment provider. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding and assure you that we will make the refund process as smooth as possible.
